Steps to claim your grant
Research Eligibility:
Ensure your business meets the eligibility criteria outlined by the grant program. This means that you’re running a small or medium for-profit business that is customer-facing.
Your business can have up to 5 locations, but does not offer the opportunity for people to buy franchises. You are able to submit multiple applications if you are the owner of up to 3 businesses as long as each business is registered with their own business number.

Application Process:
After implementing your digital solution, you can apply to have up to $2,400 of your costs reimbursed.
Your business must pay for the expense before claiming the micro-grant, and a copy of their invoice will be required to complete your application. If the invoice is based on monthly payments, your business should make an advance payment for the full $2,400 before claiming the micro-grant.
